What did their home look like?
- They lived in houses made out of adobe [clay and straw baked into hard bricks] and stone. They had ladders to get to the upper area.
- Each adobe could hold one family (4 persons).
What did the children do?
- In the past, Indian kids had more chores and less time to play in their daily lives, just like colonial children.
- But occasionally, they got to play with dolls, toys, and games.
